£450 to £500

HR Business Analyst - Organisational Change. A financial services firm are undergoing a large organisational change with a significant people change agenda and have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Analyst to provide expertise around people and organisational change.

This is not a systems implementation role or a HR business partner. It ideally requires someone form HR Advisory background who has a structured change management skillset around impact analysis and organisational design.

You should apply for this role if you are/have:

  • 5+ years experience on large scale HR business/people change programmes (excluding systems implementations)
  • Structured business analysis capability in particular impact, requirements and process analysis
  • Background in HR Advisory is ideal of HR qualifications and knowledge of employment law
  • Management consulting skills are also ideal for this role
  • Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution.

This is a £450-500/day contract role based London.
