Alexander Ash are currently working with a global technology consultancy company who are looking for a payroll specialist/manager to join their multi disciplinary team in Central London. Within the organisation you will be working within a large team to provide additional senior level capacity and deliver key projects and programmes including V&A deals, systems development and changes, tenders, continuous improvement, process documentation and efficient payroll operation, ensuring that all employees in the UK and Ireland are paid on time whilst complying with statutory and Sarbanes Oxley obligations.
Responsibilities
Ensure work is compliant with processes and protocols and statutory requirements, on time, and keeping all key stakeholders up-to-date on progress and information requirements.
Managing designated projects through to completion on time and within scope and agreed budget
Scope, plan and deliver a programme of thorough process documentation for the UKI payrolls
Plan and deliver a programme and process for Payroll continuous improvement, managing projects through to completion and establishing and agreeing an on-going approach for the future.
Skill Requirements:
