Alexander Ash are currently partnered up with a top tier bank who are on the look out for a Conduct Analyst -
Position title: Employee Conduct Analyst
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Glasgow, WFH initially with view to working 2 days in office
Day rate - DOE (Dependent on Experience + very flexible)
Day to day responsibilities:
- Working in the banks Personal investment and affiliation team, ensuring employees are conducting to their conduct and standards
- Reviewing employee disclosures - External Business Interests/conflicts in interest etc
- Adhering to standard and policies, providing guidance on how to comply with requirements
- Moving system from legacy onto new platform - the system will go live in January
Key objectives and outputs:
- Within wider dept of the Banks Compliance
- Employee Conduct Ops, 3 sub teams
- 10 team members in the sub team, wider team has 25 members
- Need people to be cross trained and to be fluid
Working background/experience:
- Compliance experience would be desirable but not essential
- FS experience would be essential
- Security industries knowledge would be desirable but not essential
- Team player, able to solve problems, good stakeholder management, keenness to learn and adapt to a changing environment
- Proactive and can identify when to escalate matters
- Basic data analytics skills
