About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Use Case Architect to join an exciting Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) implementation project for a leading financial institution renowned for its global presence and innovative solutions.

As a Use Case Architect, you will play a pivotal role by focusing on one specific use case at a time. You will be responsible for developing the technical implementation plan, solution design, and ensuring seamless delivery while leveraging your expertise in ForgeRock and architectural design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement technical solutions for individual use cases within the CIAM framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create detailed functional designs and technical plans.
• Support business process design and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and refine processes to meet high delivery standards.
• Utilize business process analysis tools to streamline workflows and support effective solution delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Use Case Architect or similar role within financial services.
• Strong proficiency in ForgeRock technologies and architecture design.
• Expertise in functional designs and business process design.
• Experience with business process analysis tools and quality assurance.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage technical requirements across complex use cases.
