• Strong business analysis skills
• Experience within Insurance
• Consultancy background is a plus
• Requirements and scope capture
• Understanding of insurance processes, ways of working, value chain
• Excellent communication skills
• Facilitation skills and able to plan and conduct workshops
• Good Stakeholder Management
• Self-starter, proactive, independently work and be responsible
