Alexander Ash Consulting are looking for Business Development/Sales Consultants to join our expanding teams in London and Dubai. We partner with a range of global consulting clients within the Financial, Professional Services and Commerce sectors to provide expertise and resource within change and transformation (organisational, technology/digital, business, regulatory etc).

With unprecedented levels of demand across our global client base, we want to hire ambitious, smart individuals who'll interact and build key relationships with leaders across FS, Professional Services and Commerce. Within our hybrid working environment and utilising cutting edge, AI powered automation platforms, you will be involved in developing and delivering market-changing and innovative solutions to service client need across our client base and geographic regions. These engagements will range from technical solutions (cyber, digital, and transformation, IoT) to people driven agendas. The role and the candidate

The consulting industry requires a particular type of individual, one that is academically astute and emotionally intelligent, with daily dynamics involving meticulous research & mapping whilst dealing directly with industry-leading executives and decision makers. A strategic and analytical mind is necessary to understand the intricacies of the market which, coupled with charisma and influence, enable long-lasting relationship development and negotiation skills.

What's On Offer

Success within the role is measured by a number of different means, a list of those is as follows, yet this is not exhaustive:

  • Basic salary ranging £22k-£30k, with uncapped commission
  • Progression from Consultant into Management/Senior Sales roles
