Key areas of the role

• Developing the pre sales proposition for client solutions.
• Overseeing and defining delivery excellence from client site delivery teams.
• Building out of the Automation team, including recruitment of new headcount as well as ongoing development of existing staff.

Skills required

• Excellent client-facing skills.
• Relevant background of introducing new concepts or strategies that significantly improve or revise the way business is done through to implementation.
• Leading technologies and any bleeding edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data, Cloud etc is a huge advantage.
• Running pre-sale initiatives and turning business opportunities into results
