Technical Business Analyst - Investment Management. An investments firm building out a new investment data system and have an opportunity for a senior business analyst to play a key analytical and product-related role on this large business technology platform change project.

You will be working on systems relating to the investment process, with candidates preferred for investment management systems background, specifically portfolio management and portfolio construction. However, any front or middle office systems exposure in the investment/asset management business are potentially relevant. You will work on requirements, product backlogs, user stories, roadmap alignment and work with technical delivery managers to run scrums and agile deliveries. Please note that sales/trading is not a relevant background for this role

You should apply for this role if you are/have:

• 5+ technical business analysis experience for investment management front or middle office systems
• Solid understanding of either equity or fixed income products
• Strong understanding of market data
• Strong understanding of systems analysis and architecture
• Background as a software developer/engineer is preferred
• Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution

This is a £600-650/day role (subject to employee tax deductions; employers taxes paid in addition) based London, hybrid working, initially for six months. Immediate start.
