Service Transition Manager - Change Management - Finance

A financial services firm are transitioning from a legacy to new technology infrastructure and have an opportunity for a Service Transition Manager to steer these changes from programme management through to a service delivery environment.

You will be responsible for execution planning and implementation for the post-transition operating model, and managing the implementation journey, both in terms of the technical plan, and the cultural aspects of the change, within a changing infrastructure organisation.

You should apply for this role if you are/have:

• 3+ years service transition or IT infrastructure change management experience
• Experience operating in large, global technology estates, preferably financial service
• Experience of execution planning and implementation of technology operating models
• End-to-end project management skills, preferably Prince 2/PMP
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution

This is a £400-425/day PAYE role (inside IR35, with employers taxes paid in addition, not deducted, from day rate). The contract has an office location, but is effectively remote, with travel to a London office on an exceptional circumstance (if at all, a small handful of times during the contract).
