Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale Oracle ERP transformation projects from initiation to completion
• Develop and establish best practices for ERP implementation and operations
• Define target operating models and align them with the organisation's strategic objectives
• Provide strategic guidance and expertise in ERP solutions and transformation
• Establish and lead an ERP solutions practice, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to meet business requirements
• Participate in the RFP process and contribute to high-level solutions designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

• Significant experience in managing large-scale Oracle ERP transformation projects
• Proven track record in setting up and running an ERP practice, preferably within a complex organisational structure
• Strong expertise and hands-on experience with Oracle ERP solutions
• Deep understanding of ERP practices, methodologies, and technologies
• Experience in leading the development and implementation of target operating models
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate complex organisational structures and drive change management initiatives
