Role: Business Analyst - Retail Banking

Location: London, UK

Alexander Ash is currently working with a global company delivering innovation-led strategy, technology, and business consulting services and we are hiring a Business Analyst with Retail Banking (Pensions, Savings, Investments) experience.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you are responsible for Consulting the client on the right solution, developing of right technical solutions and choice of products that will help meet the business needs of the client. You are expected to have deep expertise in more than one domain/functional area. Expected to be part of highly complex programs. You are responsible for training users on product functionality, functional testing of software to provide bug-free software to clients.

• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Planning and monitoring
• Variance analysis
• Pricing
• Reporting
• Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders

Skills required

* BA with requirements development through to working with developers background

* Knowledge of Insurance / Wealth Platforms - highly desirable

* Knowledge of Pensions and Savings & Investments industry/products - highly desirable

* Good communication skills
