Data Architect - Security/IAM - Financial Services

A leading financial services firm are improving their data architecture regarding how the manage identity and access and have an opportunity for an individual with significant data architecture experience to play a key role in designing and implementing a framework for the function.

You will work with key stakeholders across technology, security and the business, to design and implement a cloud-based, digital, data warehouse for identity and access management data. This is ideally suited to someone from a software engineering background who has a substantial exposure to data architecture, and security and identity/access management processes and technologies. Financial services experience is not required.

You should apply for this role if you are/have:

• 3+ years data architecture (or similar) experience within large global organisations
• Substantial experience of enterprise big data, cloud data strategy, and data warehousing/lakes.
• Strong understanding of identity/access management (IAM) and data security
• Software engineering background in digital, microservices, Agile, CI/CD practices
• Experience leading data engineering teams and software developers
• Degree educated or higher from a leading academic institution

This is a £700-750/day PAYE role (employers taxes paid in addition), based London, initially for six months.
