I am working with a Top Tier Investment Bank, who are looking for a Talent and Leadership Practitioner to work within their Talent and Development function.

• Hybrid Working (Remote+London office)

Requirements:

• Talent development/leadership background. Must have experience of running development programmes and show good leadership development skills
• Experience of organisation development
• Change project exp essential
• Org development experience
• Broad HR exp
• Hogan assessment certification desirable
• Instructional design skillset
• Strong commercial acumen
• Finance/Investment bank background not necessary, but big, complex organisations experience is essential
