Workday Process Lead - Recruiting Module

£500 to £650

London / Contract / Ref: 3112-110118

We are partnering with one of the world's largest Financial Service institutions, who are in the process of one of the largest ever global Workday implementation programmes (across 70 countries) - on track for completion before the end of 2019.

With the design and configuration phase soon to be complete, they are about to move into the Testing phase, along with ongoing training to their Global HR stakeholders.

With the individual in situ about to begin a secondment, they are looking for a competent Workday Process Owner to take over their Recruiting / Contingent Workforce module, and lead this facet of the project through the remaining stages of the E2E process (i.e. User Acceptance and System Integration Testing, Post-configuration Workshops and End-user Engagement Sessions.

What do I need to apply?

- Experience in deployment / adoption / implementation / execution processes for Workday HCM
- Working experience of Workday HCM's Recruiting module
- Experience and understanding of User Experience and System Integration Testing (i.e. Test Cycles)
- Demonstrable stakeholder management expertise, including training
- Experience of working in project or programme teams
