Associate Director - Third Party Risk Management (TIER 1 Bank)

£350 to £500

We are partnering with a Tier-1 Bank, who are looking to bring in an experienced specialist in Third-Party Risk Management to cover maternity in London. This will be for six months initially, with possible extension.

This individual will be responsible for leading in the Third Party Risk operations across Europe to ensure the Bank complies with policy and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will:

* Leverage enterprise tools to ensure the implementation of regional third party risk identification and risk assessment of required engagements, analyze and report on the risk profile of the supplier portfolio.
* Ensure that the performance management and oversight of European material / critical engagements are appropriately anchored with local senior management.
* Ensures that local regulatory requirements, expectations, notifications are complied with.
* Be the authoritative source of regional Third Party risk and outsourcing regulatory requirements and support Third Party global regulatory responses, as required (FCA, ECB, PRA, etc.)
* Assess regional regulatory developments, gap analysis, and tracking to ensure compliance.
* Work with the enterprise TPR team to complete concentration risk assessments as required.
* Provide Quarterly regional reporting to UK/ Europe senior management and executive committees, and escalates issues as appropriate.
* Partners with the enterprise TPR, Supplier Management Leads, and Sourcing Leads to ensure reporting requirements are met.
* Leads TPR forum as required and engages appropriate stakeholders.

What are they looking for?

* Track record in Outsourcing, Third Party Risk and Supplier Management

* Experience in dealing with and presenting to regulators and senior management

* Proven ability to build solid relationships across all levels of the organization

* Ability to work with various 1st and 2nd of defence cross function teams

* Proficient in SharePoint, MS Access, Excel, Word, Power Point (ideally)

* Experience with Archer would be an asset (ideally)
